All applications must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid identity document signed and mention the address to which the publisher may contact the applicant. The response will be sent within one month of receipt of the request. This period of one month may be extended by two months if the complexity of the application and/or the number of applications so require.

Article 9 - Use of data
